We know couples have lots on their plate when they begin planning their big day and booking early can help alleviate some of that stress. Especially if you plan on having your wedding during peak wedding season—which runs from Feb through May and October through December here in Florida —you will want to make sure you have all your vendors locked down before those dates start filling up! That way you can focus on other details like finding a dress, deciding who will be in your bridal party and picking out invitations.

If you haven’t chosen a venue yet, then start researching today! Look into different locations that fit within your budget and style. Consult with friends and family that may have some insight or recommendations into different venues they may have attended or heard about. Once you have narrowed down a few venues then contact them to check availability and set up an appointment to tour them in person.
Don't Forget Photography & Videography!
Once you have booked your venue then it's time to start thinking about photography and videography for your special day! We cannot emphasize enough how important it is not to wait until the last minute for these two services. Professional photographers and videographers tend to book quickly once peak engagement season kicks off, so if there are certain ones in mind then be sure to reach out early so that they can put aside a date for you before someone else does!
