Corey and Pedro’s love story is one that will make your heart swell! This adventurous couple wanted to have an unforgettable wedding day and found the perfect solution with an all-inclusive package at Kelly Farm Events. With Southern Palms Studio as their assigned photographer (part of the package!), this couple’s day was all about quality, convenience and the special moments that made it so unique.
The Proposal Story
Corey and Pedro are not your average couple – they had a sweet proposal story that included Pedro’s two children! Initially Corey suspected that Pedro would propose during a work trip to Las Vegas when they had a planned helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon. However, during a family outing in St. Augustine one day, Pedro opted to propose outside of the fort at Castillo de San Marcos with his son and daughter (pictured below) there to witness the special moment. Pedro’s daughter had been hiding the ring box in her backpack and recorded the whole proposal for them! Corey was thrilled the kids were included in his plans for that special moment. It just goes to show how important family is to the couple.
Kelly Farm Events – All-Inclusive Packages
When it came time for their wedding day on March 12th, Corey and Pedro wanted a beautiful but stress-free experience. They visited several venues and liked them all for different reasons. However, on a whim, Corey suggested to Pedro that they visit a barn setting to see what it would be like. Corey has a passion for horses and grew up riding and competing. She still has a retired show horse named Joe!
Enter Kelly Farm Events, known for its barn-style events surrounded by farm land and horses, but also for its all-inclusive packages that includes a photographer from Southern Palms Studio, a planner, the caterer, a baker, and DJ services. Everything couples need for their dream wedding day!

When Corey and Pedro set eyes on the property, they immediately fell in love with the setting, the open land, rustic barn, and outdoor ceremony setting. The icing on the cake (pun intended) was that wedding planning just got a whole lot easier for them by selecting a fabulous venue that provided it all.
Corey and Pedro did opt to add on an engagement session with us before the wedding to get a sense of our style. It was such a great way for them to get acquainted with their photographer, Hailey, before their big day!
